I noticed that I was missing some holiday items from last year. So I started buying them from their respective shops (in this case, the Libertine Lounge). However, shops seem to behave differently from a couple of months ago. In the past, I could hold CTRL while clicking the buy button, which would open a new browser tab in which the item is bought, leaving my old browsert tab in the shop with the item overview. This seems no longer possible. When clicking the buy button, the page with the shop items is replaced by the confirmation for buying the item. This is somewhat annoying when buying multiple items (or basically, one of every item in the shop) since I now need to press a button to go back to the shop, press the tab for the right year and then scroll down to the point where I was before buying the item. I did find one other way, which is to press backspace after buying an item. This will take you back to the shop and also to the right year, but the position seems to be shifted most of the time (this may be related to my browser?), requiring some scrolling to get back to where I want to be.

Does anyone have another technique to easily buy a ton of different items from these kind of shops?

Yeah, they ruined it several months ago, supposedly to stop accidental double buying, which in turn screwed it up for several people. Solution depends on your system and browser, I think, I'm on firefox and use Tab Submit extension, which brings back the ability to ctrl+click open new tab.

With Chrome OS and Browser if you keep the Ctrl button pressed it stays on the buy page and throws out you bought twice errors on many of your new tabs while also at the same time making that very same purchase that it's throwing the error on.

A shopping cart was Suggested for all special shops when this new fix for accidental-double-buying was implemented. So far, this has not been implemented. The thread's probably still there if you want to add to it.

Thanks for the suggestions! I guess I'll become a supporter for the shopping card suggestion, and I'll try out that firefox extension!
