Questing hard, or hardly questing?

By that I mean an item that changes the avi's arm to look like they're putting their finger over their lips in a "sssh" motion.

Nothing that comes to mind. There are a handful of CWs with the hand(s) up to the face, but I don't recall any with that kind of pose, and I don't know of that many site items that even reposition the arms that drastically tbh

, darn. Would repositioning the avi's limbs at all be possible?

Only with an item like a sweater or something that would reposition the limbs, something like but with the shh hand position instead of a flat hand

You could always make a suggestions board for that specific hand position though because now that we have the whiteout pens in the Millionaire Center, it would be easier to release those kinds of items without having to add extra bulk to block the static limbs

Now that we have whiteouts for limbs, a sweater is no longer necessary.

No, not explicitly a sweater, but it'd still be easier with some type of clothing item because other clothes might not layer well under it otherwise, depending on how drastically repositioned the arm is. It might be easier to just provide a shirt/dress/sweater/whatever as part of the wearable than to make sure it layers with at least some variety of shirts, especially if the item is only going to be repositioning one arm
