Exactly. There is no spot for that in P&B. As I said, file a ticket. Staff rarely respond in help & questions.

I did file a damn ticket I'm trying to find out if it's in the right place, even after the guide you sent me didn't list the item I need info on. Please if you feel the need to respond to this do it in a mail or comment and not here. Thank you.

Did you only post in Problems & Bugs or did you also file an actual ticket? Posting in P&B won't help you with missing items or a payment issue. You always need to file a ticket for those (under Something else in the ticket center)
That is my problem - twice I have filed a ticket [yesterday and today]. No one is or has told me where. Tried not to file the second ticket as I was hoping to learn exactly where to do it and thought I had.

Are you talking about posting or filing a ticket, though? Tickets go through the ticket center and are not public. Problems & Bugs is just a forum, and staff won't be able to help you with account issues from there.
But there's only one option for filing tickets now (Something else... on the ticket center page) and no separate categories, so I'm a little confused
Thank you, now I'm more confused. If they have just one spot to file a ticket for the cash shop they could say where it is. Money matters and I would like to get what paypal tells me I should.
Posting in Problems & Bugs is not the same as filing a ticket. You need to file a ticket here {link} if you have an issue with your account (like missing CSC/bonus items, etc.) or for things that don't belong in Problems & Bugs (like an exploitable glitch)
It doesn't really matter what the ticket is about, just that you file one through there because you can't generally get assistance with account issues through Problems & Bugs. Even if people are reporting missing items (like the Spooky Chance machine being glitched) they were also instructed to file tickets to actually receive the items. I hope that's clearer
A few minutes ago I did find it and filed a proper ticket. I see p & b is different than I thought. Thank you for the nudge, it is because of you that I found what I needed.
