I’m looking at the rules confused. So lets say I have a pet named kathy mngdhj, but i want to use just her first name. Is that okay? Another example: Sunflowersunlight. But their name is sunflower ex. Nickname. Can i still use that name or does it have to be the whole name?

If you mean using a nickname in their story, etc., that should be fine. If you mean altering the text which also contains the color and species, that is not allowed as far as i know.

Example: My pets profile says "Plasmabluete The (female) Hydrus Jollin" If I change that to "Plasma The (female) Hydrus Jollin" that would be lying.
