how can i remove this hex from zapper? i use the monocle, but the time i put it on, somebody hex me :(

Any hex you get will go away by itself after, at most, four hours, this doesn't affect anything in the meanwhile. The monocle is like 70% effective, there's an item called Protective Sage that's a necklace that gives you the rest so you're like immune to hexes.
There is a hex remover potion you can purchase but it hasn't been released in a couple years so it's severely over-inflated.

You can use a Hex Remover - - but it's cheaper to let it just go away by itself. They don't last that long.
You said hex, but you mentioned the zapper so I think you might be confusing the two? They're two separate things, the hexes come from trick or treating. If you used the human zapper and want to change your skin back, you can do that in the wardrobe by going to the "skins" tab and clicking the button at the top to remove the skin. Then click the wear button under your avatar to save it onsite again.
If it's a hex from trick or treating then yeah, it goes away on its own after a short while.
Hexes are not voluntary. They are trick or treat related.
The Protective Sage and the Hypno-Monocle do not stack. I think the odds of protection of each are the same, and are IME more like ninety percent. (I haven't been hexed yet, but each Morostide I do get hexed a few times) It is not possible to be 100 percent proof against hexes.
There is a cache-delay effect on whether or not the system can detect that you are wearing these items. If you go trick or treating right away after changing your costume or if you used "remove all items" feature somewhere along the way in between saves it may not be "on" yet.
You are wearing a zapper skin. This is voluntary.
