So, Ive had this account for a long time and would only log into it like, 1-2 times a year. I wanted to try and get into the site, but Im having a hard time with it.

I apologize for sounding rude but, what is the "point" of the site? Is it mainly to Dress up your avatar? Im not a super fan of that. Pets? The colors are cool, yes, but kinda dull (Please understand that its just me. Not saying anything bad if you love the pets and such). I have noticed that a lot of you tend to do stories and RP with your pets. Is that what the pets are mainly for? If so, Im not 100% sure Im up for that lol I hate doing that kind of stuff and never have been into it.

Am I just to old for the site? I more than likely am. I dont understand making stories and stuff for a pet or RPing. The avatars are nice, but I dont really care what it looks like. Am I able to give pets to my friends? I mean, that would be something Id be ok with. I tried to make some names for a game I play but Im not really "Oh wow! I need to stay now because I have these names!"

Sorry for not really understanding much. I just wanted to know more about the site and maybe find something I would like to do. If there seems to be nothing for me, and I can give my pets to friends, then Id prob do that.

Are you too old for this site? No, you are not too old for this site. People of all ages play here, and everyone gets something different out of it.

However, if you've lost interest or don't find anything that amuses you here, that is totally understandable. People change, things change, sometimes it's just time to move on.

Before you do, you may want to consider other aspects of the site:

Are you competitive?

• Try to collect as many achievements as you can
• Work at getting the best battling pet
• Work at getting the best reader or foodie pet
• Try your hand at the games and see if you can get in the top score

Do you like multitasking or busywork?

• Quests can be done every day that earn you points
• Battling
• Dailies

Are you creative in some capacity?

• Drawing inspired by site art
• Creating custom overlays for your pets
• Poetry?
• Coding pet/user profiles

Do you like to be social?

• Forums
• Shoutbox
• Making friends and having a friend feed
• Commenting/smailing other users based on common interests

Do you like hoarding stuff without unnecessary maintenance and cleaning?

• Pet TCs
• Collections

I'm sure there's plenty more to do, but this may give you some ideas.

I cant really move on if I never really played the site in the first place. I never really did anything as I just made the account years ago due to a few friends making one.

Sadly, none of those interest me. I tried coming back last week so I can play with friend and they have been wonderful and trying to help, but I just cant seem to find anything "fun" about the site. Which is why I was asking if I could give the pets to my friends. Odds are Id delete/freeze the account (If I am able to)

I just feel bad for asking them to help but I cant seem to find something to do. I log in, look at my inv and log out.

Please, what Im about to say is just on me and I give full respect to those that work the site. But I actually dont like the art of the pages/Avatar. I DO love the looks of the pets though. I think thats what bugs me the most. The art here. Now, if I had the option to NOT have an Avatar and just have my pets showing, then Id be 100% happier. I am no longer a fan of Neo and dont plan to play it anymore, so... (Are we even allowed to talk about that? I have zero idea how strict it is here)

Ill have to talk to my friends a bit more and see what else I can prob do here. I just thought Id ask other people their thoughts. If anything, I'll just go and move on.

Yes, you can give your pets to friends. If they don't want them, you can also advertise them on the Adoption Center forum or abandon them.

You can also easily get rid of avatar art. To take it off your profile, click "edit" on your profile and delete the section. To make sure you can't see them on the forums, go here: https://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=prefs and uncheck "Show user avatars on forums". If you don't want to see them at all anywhere ever, there may be some coding you could add to the Custom CSS, though I don't know what it is atm.
