your question is not well-formed for Subeta

Items of all new-ish-ness have a chance of restocking. The chance of them restocking has to do with their rarity and if they are an item that Subeta has decided to price-support. Items that are the oldest-released are at the top of the list nearest the shopkeeper, the newest-released near the bottom.

You personally may not see the newest-released items at all, because they're in high demand.

Shops are sorted by release date, oldest at the top and newest items currently in stock at the bottom, if that's what you're asking. Things don't restock in any particular order as far as what's available at a given time, but they always show up oldest to newest in terms of item ID, so new releases will always be at the bottom, but things that just popped into the shop on a given restock could be anywhere on the page
