Yesterday I had a sidebar on the left side of my screen. It had my HA, my notepad, friends online etc., events would show up there. Today it is still there on my iPad but gone on my phone. I don’t think I’ve done anything different and if I had, wouldn’t it have affected my iPad as well? TIA

there's a Toggle Sidebar button just to the right of the Subeta time. Cleeek eeet.

you are welcome. I use 's CSS that always shows both columns because I've got a desktop, but before I put that in, I have done the same "where is it" thing too.
