I finally managed to get a body! Yay me! The clothes are okay. But I still can't get a face or hair. Ideas? I've tried updating the beta version and putting on makeup. Makeup shows up on the avatar, but no face or hair. I'm at my wits end figuring I'm just ugly in real life and why not in fake life....

the version you are seeing still calls itself the beta version, but is working on version 4 of the Wardrobe right now, so your post is confusing. There's no way you'd know this, since V4 is only visible to GA members.

What browser are you using? I ask because your HA looks really weird and it doesn't look like you are getting the errors that most new users get. Subeta works best with Firefox and Chrome, and is friendly to some mobile OSes.

The way your HA looks now it looks like you are wearing Vanishing Cream. I say this because your body outline which is your Base layer should otherwise show, and it's weird that it doesn't. Some face features are layered, and you need to layer them above your Base layer on the list of items on the left. If they're missing, go to the menu that says base and select a few then move them around and maybe this will work too? But definitely try the thing said with your Hair and Skin, try changing them taking them on and off, and saving each time. (save by using Wear, use the Wear button a lot).

If those don't work, then you may need to go to Help and file a Ticket.

I am having the same issue.. I just returned after a hiatus but I figured out that my issue seems to be that the “base” later got deleted.. then when I go to reset and get my naked base back, I can’t seem to get any wardrobe items to attach to it.

Thank you for the heads up. I actually use Chrome and Firefox browsers. Mostly Chrome. Which is why I was super confused. I did notice changes after my post though. So great job to you and Keith on the updates.
