I think I remember that it was possible to check for accounts that will be clearing (other than entering names in the subeta search). I just don't remember how it worked. Is that still possible/allowed and if so, how does it work?

afaik it's not possible to check any more. You used to be able to check via ticket.

Currently, if a user hasn't logged in for 10 months, their profile will have a little message at the top.
