I managed to put a few items on my doll the other night, but at that time she didn’t have a face. Now she has a face but I removed all of her clothes ? I cannot get any clothing items to load. I got an achievement for having 100 items in my wardrobe, but I cannot find anything. Not a thing. I feel as though it was working the other night when I got my beginner outfit but now I feel like I’ve tried everything I possibly could to find my clothing. Is there a guide to using the wardrobe or perhaps a fix for it that I don’t know? ?

Can you explain the problem more? Did you just see a loading screen, or was the wardrobe loading but not showing you items? If it was the latter, make sure you select "Only show items you own" and: Layer: all Drawer: all

Okay! So I go to the Subeta Wardrobe. I see my naked doll. Underneath it explains stuff like “Beta wardrobe” and “new wardrobe” and “item limits”. I go to the top left and select the menu icon, and from that I choose Items. I have only show items I own checked. It says....

Layer: all Drawer: all Show: CWs only (what is CW?) Sort by: name Direction: ascending Per page: 500

Underneath this, it just shows that I’m on page 1. But there are no items or images of items, the webpage just ends. Is my being on mobile possibly the problem? Is subeta mainly designed for computer use?

CWs are custom wearables. They're drawn and uploaded by users and paid for most often with CSC. Since you're asking what they are, you probably don't have any in your wardrobe, so you'll want either the All items or Non-CWs options selected instead.

That said, the wardrobe IS far less friendly on mobile. I haven't really used it there, but just looking at it, I know it'd be a struggle. I believe they're working slowly on making the site layout more mobile-friendly, but it's definitely easiest to use on a computer currently

Oh my goodness, that fixed it ? I guess maybe I changed that at some point? The only problem I have now is that I can’t see the items. I can only see the very top of each item, and therefore I can’t tell what they are before I try it on. I also can’t see past the first 5 items per page. It’s like I can’t scroll down any farther. I set it to show 25 items per page and every page is the same way?

I do hope the wardrobe can become more mobile friendly since I don’t have a computer, but I am enjoying subeta nonetheless.

Oh, I totally forgot about the CW option, sorry. maybe it helps if you hold your phone horizontally....? I never used the wardrobe on mobile :(

It would probably help you to edit your thread title so phone users can see that's what your problems are coming from now, and also to say what phone or OS it has in your original post. Otherwise they might not look since most of the wardrobe problems come from new players and have to do with how complicated it is instead of non-necessarily-mobile-friendly stuff.
