Are they still random outcomes?

I would assume all of them you can choose, but all I could find was this post re: February donation presents:

I found another about December donation presents but i can't find one that explicitly says you can choose for all of them LOL

None are random anymore. When they announced the change they also put a reminder for each month when presents were out that you can pick your item from any year and also began to make every year a buyable option.
