Hello, I just joined Subeta a few days ago, really enjoying it so far, I forgot to post an intro. I absolutely adore playing pokemon games, I've played almost every single main series game + the mystery dungeon games for DS. I also knit and do writing in my spare time. Are there any things I should know about how this site works? Like some dailies or anything?

Hello and welcome! We have a page for dailies, click! It's linked on the news page as well!
No problem! Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
welcome to subeta! apart from the dailies section there's also some games that you could consider "dailies" under here; ruffie raffle, stargazer, item hunt, etc.
also there's a cute guide for new players on Newbie's page if you want to check that out. :)
i sent a little welcome package with some nice wearables your way as well, i hope you enjoy!
Oh my goodness, thank you so much! I absolutely adore the wearables and I probably would've never checked out those games tbh,,,

Welcome! Ask for help any time people are pretty nice.
Welcome to Subeta! There's a bunch of things below that might help get you started, but as you can probably see the community is pretty friendly, so don't be a stranger to ask if you have questions c:

Hi! I'm new here, too! I'm absolutely loving it --hope you are also.
I have attempted to knit a few times, but can only do the simple stitch and in rows that usually change length as I go along. . . I do cross stitch, though.
If you have any questions, do ask here on the forums. Everyone has been so nice!
Oooo! I've always wanted to learn to cross-stitch tbh...I do knitting because, well I started with crocheting, but I could never get the hang of it, so I found a book on knitting and like....I could actually do it. Everyone here has been extremely nice so far, and I'm greatly enjoying it here.

stitching is really easy to grasp -- the important thing is to be able to count carefully, and if you can knit, then you can do that! I find it so relaxing! I can crochet the same way I can knit -- in a straight row with no variations. I think knitting is much easier and more fun. Sadly, though, I'm terrible at the fiber crafts!
