I never want to skip her quest when I get the random event, just in case she'll give me actually useful stats, but the last 3 times I got her she only gave me level increases and the last one (+6 levels!) sent me over the 249-250 level threshold, so now training sessions will take longer thanks to her.. I was deliberately trying to stay under 250 until I couldn't train any of the stats anymore without raising it.. so yeah, thanks a lot Oracle..
