I've been playing for over 7 years and I refresh or play Dark Matter Dice regularly, but I still don't have Nightshade as a challenger. Is it bad luck that I haven't gotten him or do I need to send in a ticket? If it's the former, that's fine. I'll keep refreshing daily.

Whenever this question pops up it's always just a case of bad luck. I would refresh the homepage until he shows up if you'd like to expedite things. Remember that he will appear in the 'Secret' tab.
