Lily didn't know anything about quidditch and as a muggle born wasn't sure exactly what to suggest. However, that didn't stop her as she tried to think of sports in general. Simple sugars burn off too quickly, so those were out. Slowly she got some ideas and built a meal.

yaaay protein! the almond milk is a little inside joke i have with myself -- i had the tv on non-stop when i lived alone in college and i kept getting these commercials for an almond milk that said it was the "official almond milk of the us olympic women's ski and snowboarding team." it was so specific that it made me laugh every time.
