Might is strong, but a lot of the time, I find him losing to weaker enemies. Ones others a tier or two lower have said they had an easy time with.

Your set isn’t bad at all! I would keep working toward getting your Volatile Energized Mecha and perhaps add Soma Tablets at some point, but that one isn’t a necessity. Switch out your Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle for a Recycle Blaster, you really don’t need three constants for most opponents. Were you able to fight in the Gelatin War at all?

How are your scrolls looking?

What challengers in particular are giving you a hard time? What scrolls do you have to use?

What's your budget? At this tier you're going to find yourself facing challengers that require expensive weapons with good blocks and some can be earned (though working your way up to a Cronus requires one of the more expensive CS challengers) and and some are just going to cost a lot (the good MC weapons, for example, or some of the stuff in the antique shop).

I have a pretty big budget to play with. Around 580mil.

For that I'd for sure look at getting Soma Tablets and then maybe a The Ether (100% physical block and makes fodder for opponents who steal) or Ornamented Hook Swords (90% earth block and a chance at a blessing that prevents stealing). Better battlers than me may suggest other weapons than those two, but the Soma Tablets are the best blaster in the game.

I have six Cobalt Eternal Scrolls, four Shriek of Despair Scrolls, a Morosbane, a Psycho Smasher, and an Assassin. As for the challengers I struggle with... Chase still gives me issues, as do some others, like Crawbeast, who I have seen others of a lower tier beat.

You can see there that chase has freezing disabled so your cobalt scrolls will be more effective than your freezing scrolls. His attack is all over the place, but you can see he does a lot of wind damage, followed by light and fire. His stealing can be very annoying. Weapon wise, you can use your swash buckle + PBB modded with some variation of bona mods (to protect from stealing) and defense mods since the pbb only offers partial protection. An alternative strategy is to use weapons like OHS that has a natural blessing to protect from stealing, but this blocks earth, or something like Natasha/the ether that generate steal fodder (but these are expensive).

Do you have an infinite use scroll? I highly recommend getting the aftershocks scroll.

Crawbeast is also tough. Blasting is a great strategy for all opponents. I recommend picking up at least a recycle blaster and then soma tablets if it’s in your budget. This will render two of your opponents weapons useless if they don’t accidentally blast the same weapon twice. Crawbeast can be frozen so you could try chain freezing with scrolls. He does a lot of water and dark damage. I recommend picking up prodigy’s eyeball that is an excellent water blocker until you can win MW. PBB is a good second weapon here as well with dark defense added. The bona you’ve added for chase will also be good to leave on since it also protects from freezing.
