Hello. :) I've just had my first anniversary on Subeta and unfortunately I haven't the slightest clue as to where to find and redeem my Loyalty Totem? I'd like to get the pet slot one. Any help would most certainly be appreciated. Thanks~

Hi! I just figured this out too. Go to your Dashboard found under the personal tab. It should automatically award you a which you can open and choose which special item you want.

I have already gone to my dashboard and I got the First Year Achievement and Longtime Member Achievement, however, I still see no Loyalty Box.

[edit] I think I see what’s wrong—going to the Achievements page, users have to be longtime members for two years to get a loyalty box. :(

It is; I’d been waiting all year for it. :( Thankfully though, I had a fallback and was able to purchase a totem from the MC (yikes, my wallet is light now!).

Loyalty Boxes, as mentioned above, are only rewarded every year to the second you joined after your second year of being here. There isn't a time limit, per se, on collecting them, like if you miss the exact instant you joined, you're not going to have problems.

Several people on here have been awarded several by being active on site but never checking their user preferences.
