yeah, we're assuming it combines with a core to make the new weapon in the directory. Time will tell.

I am kind of surprised they didn't add another concoction as the 100 tier prize, it would have been a good opportunity to do so.

You could always wait and see what the stats and all are for it before you commit, to see if it's something you would want. Although like someone said in the previous thread, the regular slappy hand is already a pretty decent stealer weapon, so the combo weapon will probably be nice too.

Me too. I even suggested that to Purge on the news thread. Maybe it will be a tier prize for the last challenger. Stomper gellie.

I'm with you, there should definitely be a way to get more than one concoction. I understand they want to keep things from deflating, but it's a moot point if everything is one per account.

Yeah, especially since it's also a wearable and a weapon in its own right, it would make sense people might want at least two for the ME and for their wardrobe or something.

They already give us a chance to earn Core after Core every time they do this, but everything else is like one and done now...

Oh, I'll need to wait to see if I go with the new weapon or stay with an ME. I only have one core to spare, aha.

I think that might be it for the wizards, the fights just stalemate now - he gets really low then gradually builds right back up to full hp, at which point I can't do enough damage to get anywhere.

Still, I'm over half way, can max the achievement next year.

I'm in the same position. I managed 43 wins, and 44 just won't come. I'll likely try some more in the coming days to see if I can get to a nice round 45, but I'm happy for now. It's a problem for future me.

So does anyone have any information about the stomper gelly? I have been on hiatus and haven’t participated in a gelly war since 2014 and don’t recall him being a thing before. I assume that he’ll be relatively easy for Ennui, but any information prior to release would be helpful. Thanks!

If you don't have an ME yet, it may still be best to go with that one first, it's currently the best dark blocker weapon. Of course it may depend on whatever the stats of the new weapon are, but ME is still really good.

The Stompers were introduced in 2017. All I remember is they were impossible level, I think a bit tougher than the Wizards. My pet wasn't strong enough to beat them last time, so I don't remember much else, other than he's really steal-happy.

i didn't bother fighting the stompies at all last time, but i snagged a reasonably-priced slappy hand for my wardrobe when i saw that it'd been made an achievement weapon. i hope that was a good call :p
