My battle pet is Meilo who is a T10.

I have extra AP to use if I need more scrolls. I can't get even one win against the wizards. Anyone have anything that might be of help either to borrow or something of suggestion for me to add to my set?
With an opponent like this, your best bet is to keep it frozen. To that end, I would advise using Shriek of Despair scrolls. How much AP do you have in total?
Your weapon set is also rather iffy. I'll lend you some scrolls and weapons I think can get the job done, at least to maybe five wins at your tier. Replace the Phoenix Quill and UltimaPlus Tag with Amulet of Neutrality and Shinwas Temple Shard for the turns that the Shrieks don't freeze and you need a moment to shield yourself. Replace Kusarigama with Captured Eternal Flame for the extra bomb alongside your Grenade, and replace the Prodigy Staff with Unstable Sample Syringe based off of the current damage ratio the Staff is giving you. I'm also throwing in some mod crystals for the chance they will activate their effects and give you just a little extra damage.
EDIT 8AM: Hit me up again when you're on and I'll put the trades back up, for the moment I'm going to put the stuff back into my armory etc to finish up my own battles.

Alright, I have everything set and ready. What order would you suggest using everything in?
Open with the Collar for your first freeze, and if you're taking too much damage straight away then go with the Amulet of Neutrality(since it is a semi-breakable, it may not be gone for the rest of the battle, whereas Temple Shard would be). Otherwise use one of your primary attackers alongside the Collar. Make sure you are not spending a Shriek scroll on turn 1.
From there, assuming you were not frozen, Eternal Flame and Grenade while the Wizard's defenses are gone, and start using the Shrieks. If you were frozen at the same time, I'd generally advise forfeiting the battle so you can try again with your resources intact.
After that, just hammer away with Minotaur Knocker and Syringe with the other Shrieks. If a turn goes by that a Shriek doesn't freeze, protect yourself with either Amulet or Shard+Knocker/Syringe.
It's still going to be a long shot with where your stats are at. Five wins may have been too optimistic on my end, looking at the amount of health it has and where your AP is right now. With more AP and maybe four or five more scrolls, you'd have a better chance. Hope it works out.
You might also look into Glaciating Pylonic and Negating Pylonic to equip to your pet, the former has a chance to freeze, the latter is a one-use full-block that might help if the others are used up.

Yeah, I'm sorry to see it still giving you this much trouble. The one tie is hopeful, but not promising.
Ugh. I've come close twice only and they were ties. I'm happy to call it a try and send the stuff back.
That is so unfortunate. I'm sorry to get your hopes up and then come up short like this. And I know it isn't much consolation, but if you were able to tie twice this year at your current stats, you should stand a better chance the next time when you're stronger.
