i got this from rift now, but i no understand the english translate.. what can i do with this one? it seems is for forum post and if i use it ( how?? ) i got 10 k. forum points?? really?

It is an advertisement for the top of the page on forums. 10K means that it will show 10,000 times.

The billboard has nothing to do with your posts. It is for advertising.
