Is there a page I'm missing that explains this? I'd like to use the group bank and shop/shared items for transparency of funds in one of my groups, but I don't want to actually give access to sP/items to everyone in the group since they're meant to be prizes. Is this possible or are all of the items immediately available to everyone in the group?

I'm honestly not even sure how the shared items part is supposed to work, or if it even still works. I'm trying to figure it out with a group I'm the owner of, and I don't even know what to click or anything.

I know that the funds in the group bank are only accessible to admins though. Anyone can add sP to it, but only admins and the owner can remove from it.

Thank you! The admins-only withdraw does seem to be implied on the bank page, now that you mention it. That will definitely work for my sP needs at least.

And yeah IDK lol, I guess maybe it was a feature that didn't get quite finished or broke at some point and then was never looked back into? I dunno, but I've never really tried to use it since forum groups became a thing.

The item bank/sharing thingie just never got fleshed out and finished. It doesn't work at all and never has.

Well I guess that's not terribly surprising haha. Ah well. Maybe someday. :P
