Can't find any in the shops. What would be a reasonable price for this thing?

It was brought back to the cash shop for 250csc from June 17 to July 1. It really depends on how much more the user wants to pay if they still need it, and how much you wish to let it go.

It cost 250 csc, so 25-30 mil would probably be fair.
