Do I pay before or after a custom wearable is approved? (solved)

I just submitted my first custom wearable! -hype- :D
Now I have to option to pay for it, but it has not been approved yet. Do I wait with paying until it is approved? Or should I pay right away? What happens if I pay for it, but it doesn't get approved?
Before. It will not be submitted for staff review until it is. If it’s rejected you’ll be refunded when you get the notice.

Before. Though it should be after approval, imho. You don't have to pay again if it's rejected, you'll get all the CSC refunded.
But I think it's still like three times to submit then you gotta wait a while before you can again?
(in case you didn't know this info as well!) You can submit a custom wearable and receive a maximum of 10 denials. After that, you cannot submit that item anymore, period.
From here;
A. Any individual item can be submitted up to ten times. After the 10th time, the item is denied rejected from future uploads.</p>
<p>Please note that pulling your item out of the queue constantly can cause us to start counting these as denials. You will be issued an event alerting you about this if it becomes a problem.
It is recommended that if the person is comfortable enough, to seek outside help in the Custom Wearables > Discussion forums if they get denials so we can help reduce their number of future denials and make sure their item makes it onsite :) That forum is located here and I recommend personally using the stickied CW Denial / Help Thread topic :)
