I got this as a quest reward [item=Layer Card: Face]

The description sais: This will allow you to craft something to be worn on your face layer.

Where do I go to craft this? :o

That's at the Alchove. However, you need to wear a zombie skin to be allowed to go there. You can't get a zombie skin until Survival, in Mid-Feb.

Alternatively you can have someone make you the item. Many users help out in things like this. Usually just supply the things needed and someone will help

Whaaaat. I kinda always assumed those kind of items had to do with custom clothing, er, somehow. What kind of items can they create? Before I go mess up my avatar, I want to see if it's worth it. :)

SubetaLodge listing of all items that can be made at the Alchove. If you click on the item the "recipe" will be in the notes section. Only clothing items need the layer cards, the other items need a token and 1-3 tinctures.

Each item has a level requirement. If the note doesn't include a level, its probably level 1. You can hover over the item on Subeta to see the level. You can just use a token with nothing else and you will get a random item that corresponds with the token used - this probably works well for a beginner, you can get a bunch of items and move your level up before actually working on "recipes."

Oh, thank you! I wish the alchemy tokens and layer cards had notes on them at Subetalodge to let me know this like some of the genetec lab items do. To think I've been wandering around for almost nine years and thinking those layer cards were useless... rolls eyes at self Thanks again! :D

Subetalodge has you covered! If you click on the item, it'll tell you what you need to make it too, or if there is a chance you'll get something else.

Yes! And I'm very grateful for that. I just wish it let me know that the items themselves were useful when I looked them up. For example, if I look up , it says in the Item Notes, "Use Option: Changes the color of chosen pet to Marsh". If I hadn't already known that, that would be very useful information that is not completely evident just looking at the Marsh Potion. (The description is a bit, uh, colorful.) But if I look up [item=Layer Card: Ankles], there's nothing in the notes, and the description only says, "This will allow you to craft something to be worn on your ankle layer," which as I mentioned I mistook for meaning crafting something via custom clothing. Now that I know these items are useful, I've bookmarked the page that says what items I can craft. But I wish I'd know they were useful in the first place. :)
