Regarding Matlal's Jewels High Score and Spectrail High Score (when it was still up) achievements, I was wondering when they are given to people who are in top 10. Daily, on clock reset? Monthly, when the high score lists reset? Thank you.

If you make it into the top 10, I think it will award you the achievement automatically. However, those achievements are not given out during the first 3 days of each month to prevent people from getting them when the scores are still really low (so like you can't wait until midnight or whenever the scores clear on the 1st day and then get the bare minimum send-able score to get the achievement).
