I was browsing my sales history and my attention was caught on a recent shopper whose account was frozen since purchasing. When looking at the page, it says their account is set for clearing on 06/28/17, which is way off. o.o

Out of curiosity, is this a glitch that has been going on? Every time I make a post like this in the bug report forums, I SOMEHOW ALWAYS manage to miss the fact that it's already been reported in some way on another Post I didn't think to check. x_x

[edit] Filed a ticket about the issue in the end and the problem was fixed. Not sure what the problem was though.

Hmm, that does seem like a glitch obviously, but I'm not sure if it's been reported or not. I don't think I've seen this happen recently myself, but I don't really keep up with the frozen accounts/account clearing stuff. I know there's been an issue with account names sometimes clearing a day earlier or later than they should, but this isn't the same thing.

I would say it wouldn't hurt to make a bug report anyway, even if it's already been reported somewhere it can help bring attention to the issue again if it got buried underneath a bunch of other stuff.

I second the bug reporting, but if I had to hazard a guess, it's probable that the username was recently taken by someone else and for some reason the link didn't properly update.

I had something weird like that happen to me when I was looking at my past forum posts and I got all the way to the beginning, and it listed posts made by "me" from before I was even a member! Somehow it attributed them to me from a past username that I haven't even had in years! Anywho, it was weird, but effectively harmless, so I just shrugged my shoulders and moved on.

But that's what makes me think it might be something similar. :)
