I think you could totally go with toxic stuff/garbage dumping in general for him. He could be a mutant crocogator (sorry I don't know the difference and when it's that mutated I'm not sure it matters lol) living in polluted sewers. If you're looking for more radioactive stuff, my gallery has a lot of that, maybe there's a puddle of green slime or something in there that hasn't already been suggested.

I was just in the market for a new name and if I was on my game, you wouldn't have found it available lol, but I don't pay attention to clearings and had long given up on getting any more element names (I am happy I got one thanks to a gift). Congrats! ^^ (And sorry for off topicness)
