Nuegarten is a "beer festival" of sorts... During this time you can buy from Neugarten and The Brewery It's really just a series of shops that are usually closed during the year. They are open for more than a day or two this time. Last year I think these shops were only available for like, 48 hours. Anyway, you can buy what you want as long as it's before 11:59pm on July 5th.

It is an event when it has a time limit, technically ... cause if you don't buy while the shops are open, you cant get the items later... but you're right it's not really an event when there's nothing to do other than buy...

This is my first Neugarten as well, so kind of figuring out how things work. After my six months (is it really six? Ish?) here, I've discovered quite a few things that have entertained me and earned a few laughs from my family and I.

You used to get a free beer added to your inventory when you visited Spring Street Brewery. Then you could donate the beers for the ~ beer throwdown ~ between Gunter and Angrybeard!

I remember the free beers as well, I still have ahem 137 beers in my vault. I'd bene hoarding them in case the recycle beast was interested but forgot about it all xD

People racked up thousands upon of thousands of them in their inventories 🙀 It was chaos!

For several years there was Alegarten in the early fall, but then it switched to Neugarten.

(Poor Anne - I wonder what's going to happen with Gunther. He's still languishing in SAI Headquarters.)

I do like that Jack Cardale got a much-needed revamp, although the direction isn't how I imagined him all these years. I hope he'll appear more often in plots and stuff now, though.

(Neugarten is more of a mini-event, not a fullblown affair like Masquerade or Morostide. Don't worry, there's more excitement ;) )
