I got a password for the BB the first time i went there and then i accidentally deleted where i saved it. It says b[/b] when i go there, does this mean i won't actually need to save it myself or will i now never have access?

You don't need to remember or save the BB password yourself. It's automatically done for you when you get that random event.

It's been a while since I gained Blue Building access, but I'm pretty sure you don't need to enter a password when all the other tasks are completed. Once they're all finished, they will say "Completed" next to them, as that one does, and IIRC a link will show up to take you to the Blue Building.
