Hi, where can i Find Tempest quest ?

Tempest doesn't give you a quest, you find her via random event. When you click her link, she gives you an item!

You can also "summon" her so to speak if you use a !!

Tempest summoned me for a quest, but i can't find her anymore

probably too late for you because she only hangs around for a few minutes, but bookmark this

Do you mean tempest or oracle?

Tempest= asks to play. Click the link to play and she gives an item Oracle= sends you on a quest to retrieve an item for her. Turn it in for some wiz token and stats

Check your inventory. Tempest gives you an item. She doesn't ask you to bring one to her
