Hi! There are quite some Goodie Bag achievements. Is it possible to reobtain old years goodie bags, or you only get the new ones in New Year? There are so many in shops that its hard to believe they were not ever reintroduced. Can someone shed some light into this, please? How do goodie bags work?

You can get the achievements by buying the bags from other users, and I think a few bags were stuck in the Crystal Shop at one point (that's the only time I can remember they've ever brought the bags back though).

They used to be floating items like Vesnali flowers and stuff are during New Years, so a lot of them went out every year

Oh, so they only re-appear as a last ditch effort if the supply is too low, like Crystal Shop items? Then I made no mistake buying some. I bought 100 2011 goodie bags, I will go for 2012 now.

Yeah, that's the only time I've ever seen them, at least. They don't put out new goodie bags anymore so I guess they could do something during New Years, but I haven't seen it happen yet

My recollection is that not only were there tons of them dropped into the game. Many of the items in question you could get from them were like "yearnumber" "colorname" sameitemasbefore. This means if you wanted users to have a good chance of getting every single one of them for themselves by random opens instead of buying them from other users, lots and lots of them were needed to start with.

Me I love this kind of kitschy item, but there are a significant number of users here who don't. They complained, much like they did about elf-ears and gourdwitch items. Subeta doesn't do that sorta thing anymore. What this does mean is if you want a specific item from opening these, you may be at it for awhile.
