When creating things like pants and skirts, please, please, please check if there are existing items that go with them where colours, textures or even shapes are concerned. (Preferably not CSC items unless the new items are CSC) If there isn't anything, please provide suitable jackets/shirts/tops/blouses at the same time. The same applies when creating jackets/shirts/tops/blouses.

It's disappointing getting new clothing items that are impossible to wear because nothing goes with them. It would also save users having to request suitable items in the HA Suggestions Forum.

Thanks. I can now be patient knowing that matching tops for the feather skirts will be coming out eventually. I just got frustrated after going through 9 pages of chest items and 5 pages of overchest items in the wardrobe and only finding the Delish Gentle Gown which sort of goes with the Plum Silken Feather.

I really dislike how the new Fine Fabrics pants and boots don't match up in that there's like a two pixel gap between where the pants end and the boots begin, so you see a teeny bit of the HA's legs. I had wanted to use them together but that gap kind of kills any look I go for.

I have some faith there will eventually be more matching items in that style, since that artist(s?) seem to be releasing more of that very thin line + muted color items. Tho I'd love to see more matching sets!

Can we use this thread as general feedback for wearables tho? I love the art for the dapper doctor sets but these both didn't need to come in white I think :P They are almost the same item, especially the wearable overlays. I know when it comes to the whole set both of them probably looked best with a solid white shirt, but a different color for one of those would have been nice. Maybe the regal one in red, since the vizier set is solid white, and none of the sets had any red shirts. Two white seem like a missed opportunity for another color instead, especially with the art being so beautifully done.

I like that sometimes sets aren't all completely matchy, or even sets. Sometimes something can be an accent or the focus piece because it's the thing that's different. Sometimes weird gaps can be filled by layering something underneath even if they're intentional. I layer something under the boob window in the juggling balls, that one bugs me but I've seen good HAs with it there unlayered.

Fiddling around to find just that item is fun for me, and often inspires me to create a new outfit or modify my original intent into something twenty percent cooler.

Why can't we have sheer gloves for the right arm?
