I'm trying to order a pet's TC and it opened as Click-To-Move, despite the fact it always used to open as Drag-And-Drop. I thought Subeta or my computer had froze when I couldn't seem to move any of the items. Now I notice all of them are on CTM. Is this a site-wide change or just me?

Check here: User Preferences and undo the option.

Yup that is new. It was quietly mentioned by in a staff post but I don't think officially announced yet like in a formal update post.

I specifically came here because I had the same issue (I really prefer using drag and drop when I'm on my laptop), thank you for explaining how to put it back to drag and drop being the default!

I think they meant to announce it as part of General Update this weekend, but then GU didn't happen. Pretty sure the Minion Zoo preference is new, too. :)
