I can't remember my username (I used a ton of different ones all over the internet) but I did write down the exact names of some of my pets. If I was inactive for a few years, would my account have been deleted or locked or something?

PS- I made a new account so I could search for the old one.

You need to submit a ticket. Depending on how long ago the account might have been deleted, I can't remember exactly when they stopped deleting accounts, but its been many years now. In the ticket include the names of the pets and any other details you remember.

It depends how long ago you had the account. They used to be deleted, but now the account stays intact and the username and pet names are able to be reused after a year of inactivity.

I would try searching for the pet names you know you had and clicking on any of them that might have numbers at the end (something like Morente_281) and see if you recognize any of those accounts. As an alternative, you could file a ticket and see if staff can help you find it

You cannot just leave an account inactive for a year and make a new one.

In SOME circumstances if you’ve been frozen you can wait a year to come back but simply leaving your account inactive for a year doesn’t let you have permission to make another.

you DO NEED to make a Ticket in Help. The first issue of names you can go oh well about if it pleases you, but the second issue of nobody can have two accounts you cannot and it should be addressed.
