So, I have this character, who is the anti-hero son of Arachne (the woman who was turned into a spider by Athena)... For a long time, it was just him and he was represented by Kink, but then I came across some other names and wanted to expand on my idea... Craze, who will represent son of Pandora, and Savor, who will represent the son of Echo...

My current options for Arachne's son are: Kink Spun - Settled on this one... Gamble Harness

The other character I am trying to pick a name for is Medusa's son. Here are my current options: Stature Adorn Reckon Trespass (two more added) Harness Plea

I really like Spun for Arachne's son. It's got an "I created this" type feel, and in a way she has.

For Medusa, I'm partial to Stature because it gives a nod to the fact that his mother turns people into statues, and yet it has a sort of positive element to it, which hints that the son is possibly redeemable, even if the mother isn't.

I second what Poetry said! I was going to write it all out, but I'd just be reiterating their words.

I agree completely... Though I would feel weird about having three S words and one C word... Having that many of the same letter makes me feel like I should have a full set of the same letter, which is silly, I know...

I am gonna go with Spun for Arachne's son. I may just wait a while before settling the name for Medusa's son. (There is a real chance I will have to look into adopting or creating another pet before I find one that feels perfect.)

I understand that feeling. I accidentally have ended up with 6 pets whose names start with W, and initially I felt like they just had to all be connected in some way. I settled on having 3 who are connected story-wise and the rest do their own thing.

But I also know the feeling of things not being quite right - good luck in looking for the right name! :)
