The flowers that make up bouquets are in high demand, so they sell for more sP on the open market than non-bouquet flowers. You can sell bouquet flowers, buy cheaper flowers, and then grant them to other users for the Vesnali Coins plus the sP-profit of the difference. This is more labor on your part, but it is more profitable.

I think Esther gives you a fixed (not random) amount of coins per bouquet flower used to make up the posey. I think it's five?

OTOH if you want to give someone a lot of Vesnali Coins in a pretty way through the Arctic Frost Gift Center. You can fit ten bouquets in a Gift Box, if you have a GA. This is less labor on your part, but costs you more.

What I meant was... the amount of coins per bouquet Esther is gonna give me is the same or larger than I'd get if I gifted the same amount of flowers taken to make it.

It's not worth it. That's only 5 coins per bouquet flower. You and a friend can get 3.5 coins each on average by flowering them, and that's not even taking the price of the bouquet flowers or bouquets into account.
