Refunds for buying csc?

Heyo, i was wondering if u guys do refunds if we buy csc and then realize we dont rlly want to o-o Like if u roll back the account a few hours or something? And also is there a way to ban urself from making purchases o-o

The only cash shop refunds I'm aware of is correcting glitches, or if you buy something that goes on sale a short time later.
But you can always submit a Ticket and ask. Staff is generally pretty quick responding to tickets.

I mean i guess its not a big deal if there is a no refund rule, i just wanted to know because if there isnt i was wondering how to get a refund :P

You'd still have to send a ticket and ask staff about it since there's definitely not a way to take care of it without contacting staff, if it's even possible at all
As far as banning yourself from purchasing, you can disconnect any card you might have saved or possibly look into a way to block the CSC buying page from your browser? There's not an account setting for it, but there would probably be a way for you to do it locally, or at least make the process harder so it's harder to impulse buy
