Would it be possible to move the reply box to the top of mails, since the mails get super long and it's a pain to have to scroll up and down all the time when replying. Or maybe make the mail only show the last reply from both people, instead of the whole chain of the mail.

Its not a bad idea, but I don't think it really solves the problem.

sMail needs to be revamped from start to finish. Reading and replying is just confusing. Trying to copy/paste it into another sMail, if you ever have to involve a third person also ends up being a mess. And heaven forbid if you reply, then rethink, or need to add something and reply again, yet more confusion!
