Is there a way to filter which of my friends shows up in my friend feed? Or a way to disable certain topics types from showing up in it?

Sometimes I only get onto Subeta a few times a week, and I like to check Friend Feed to see if anything important was posted by my friends that I didn't necessarily get pinged to. But since it only holds a certain amount of information, if some of my friends play the User-Run Games like just pinging people, or during events where they've been claiming dances or flowering or etc... meaningful posts disappear into the ether and I may never know they existed in the first place.

Is there a way to turn off notifications from certain forum sections, or which information you see from which friends? I can't find anything like that, if it does exist.

I don't want to miss important or interesting forum posts, or remove friends entirely for taking up my feed. Just make it easier to keep up with my friends when life gets busy.

If you go to your Dashboard and click 'Filter Options', there's a few options there. Or, you can find filter options at the top of the friends feed in the gray box. Here's a link Filter Options It's limited to turning off categories of things, like Comments, Forum Replies, Pet Colors, etc. I don't think there's a way to turn off forum sections at all.

Yeah, I found that. I just wasn't sure if there was a way to be more detailed. I don't want to turn off ALL forum replies, just the mindless stuff. Maybe this should go in Suggestions instead.
