Will I be able to do this if I get rid of all my sp or is this only for new players? I hate that such an easy achievement can not be achieved because I did not know to do it when I first started the game. :(

I think you can still get it if you get rid of all your sP like you said. If you don't want to have to spend it all, you could get a friend that you trust to hold on to it for you while you get it and then trade it back to you.

I'm like 95% sure it doesn't count what's in your shop till(s), as Sarah and Saggitarius do not, so if you want to get rid of all your sP I'd recommend just leaving that in there and only getting rid of what you have on hand/in your vault. :)
