Scratched a Maleria Scratch Card and received this

I vaguely remember reading a thread on what you can win from scratchcards and there's either a giftbox (which can have anything, I think) and maybe a coin.

I know you can also pick up very odd (and valuable) coins from the Slots game. But both happen very rarely.

the coin icon on the scratch cards means you can potentially receive any subeta item with coin in the name I do believe :)
