Hello! I've noticed that my shop purchases event no longer appears! Any thoughts on why or how to fix this? Thanks! If anyone could link my to a resource that would equally be appreciated!

is it possible you turned them off? if you go to your shop and click "edit shop" there should be an option labeled "receive events" which determines whether or not you get an event for every purchase in your shop.
