Diju REALLY freeze my friend account because of inactivity Thats so wrong. Did the people who decided that just because isn't around for a few years that we wouldn't ever actually come back and find this!?!

it used to be that your whole account was deleted after a year of inactivity- now you just can potentially lose your pet and usernames.

it shouldnt clear your avatar/wardrobe though.

Inactivity doesn't warrant a freeze. You may want to file a ticket if you had your account hacked and stuff taken. As for your HA and wardrobe, Try this link , the system changed a while ago.

You can say hell here. Those who might be offended by it can choose to add the filter to their account and another word will be substituted for them to look at instead.

The only thing that gets "cleared" when you're inactive for a year is your petnames. The rest of your account should be intact. O.o File a ticket, something weird is afoot.

Are your items still in your wardrobe? There was a new wardrobe introduced so you may be stuck in the old version?

Many accounts that were inactive for a while had their HAs put to naked HAs when they didn’t change to the new wardrobe but the items should still be in the new wardrobe.

for what its worth, i think the he'll was a mobile typo since when i try to type hell on mobile it auto correct to he'll which irritates the shit outta me

also if your friend is frozen, it was either a self freeze or they did something that warrants a freeze. stafff dont freeze accounts if theyre inactive, thats now how the inactivity works
