I've seen some really cool pets, and really think they're deserving of a chance at spotlight. I cant find anything on their profile or user profile about nomination, however ;v; is there another way to nominate a pet?

Pets have to be selected to be eligible for nomination by their owners.

On that page, you can choose which of your pets have their profiles and everything finished so that other people will be able to nominate your pet. If the owner hasn't marked their pet as ready for nomination, then you won't be able to nominate it.
