So, regarding my pet

I've seen when editing his pet description that it says "Laboratory 's" description and when I click on his link from above, it has a "+" after "Laboratory". I take it I must've accidentally added a space when I created the name, but when I search "Laboratory" without a space, my pet comes up as the exact result and the pet who previously had the name, who didn't have a space at the end, has had it taken from them since I created it.

My question is, unless this is some sort of glitch, will I have to pay to rename my pet to remove the space?

[edit=]My problem was solved. Apparently putting a space in the front of back of a pet's name was a glitch recently fixed, and the space was removed from his name. ❤[/edit]

It's probably best to make a ticket about this, and also let us know what happens in this case.

What I see is that your pet indeed does have a space in the last character. If you highlight it from the pet's profile or your profile, the space is included. However, the previous pet supposedly got it's name bumped, so it might have not taken the trailing spaces in account when checking for existing names.

I don't know if the staff will offer a free name change in this case, but you can try asking when you make a ticket, because it's totally understandable what happened.

I thought about doing that, and I noticed the space when highlighting too. If the original pet that had the name still had it and my pet came up in addition to that I'd not have worried about it since I'd just consider the added space a new name. But since it took the name from the original I'm like hmm...
