LEONARDO DA VINCI WEEK
Today, it´s Leonardo Da Vinci´s birthday. Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci, described as one of the most gifted and inventive men in history, was born in 1452 in a village near the town of Vinci, Tuscany. He was a multi-talented artist, anatomical researcher and engineer and you´ll find many articles about his life and oeuvre online.
Challenge:
Design two themed HAs.
- Depict Leonardo - young, middle-aged or senior is up to you.
- Illustrate one of Leonardo´s relationships in life, be it relative, lover, employer, friend or opponent or even a casual acquaintance. Please also take note of the era Leonardo lived called Renaissance and consider the dress code of this age.
You are very welcome to use all clothing items, CWs included, and you don´t have to own the items. Please don´t use a HA you already entered in another HA contest in Subeta or one for which you made only liminal alterations, please make new HAs. Please post the HAs here, preferably with the Share function.
Please don´t forget to use surroundings and please layer the face items for a meaningful expression. You are very welcome to post more than 2 HAs, every HA will be entered for judging.

Okay, here's my entry finally. I tried to make it as accurate as possible, so here's my reference link.
The website said that he had a really long beard and long hair, that he preferred wearing knee-length tunics and hose, and that he was left-handed. I tried to incorporate all of those attributes into my HA.

a young leonardo da vinci & his pupil and lover gian giacomo caprotti da oreno, better known as simply salai. it is thought that salai was the model for leonardo's painting st john the baptist, and was possibly the model for the mona lisa. so i used those paintings for reference of salai's face, as well as a drawing of him that portrays him with short curly hair. i used this painting for reference of leonardo's face. for both men i tried to get their faces as accurate as i could using a lot of layering items. their clothes are based on just random images of men's fashion at the time, which was mostly tunics & leggings.

Happy Easter, my friends! Today is the last day for entering the Leonardo Contest! <3
Outfit Not Found a depiction of the painting named Monna Vanna , which was modeled by Salai. At that time, Salai had very faint eyebrows, a pair of playful eyes and a wicked smile that totally sat a spell on Da Vinci. He sat in front of Da Vinci patiently, waiting for him to finish the painting.
