Several years ago, before my hiatus, I put this item in my wishlist and I understand thanks to its description that it can be bought in the cash shop but I.... don't find it XD Is there a search tool somewhere to get it?

Items available rotate. If you can't find it in cs its only going to be bought from another user

• You can buy them during a period of time and then they're gone or
• Every item cycle and could be bought every X period of time?

Cash Shop items get brought back from time to time (usually during the Black Friday sale in November), but not every item and there isn't really a way to predict which items will get brought back and when. So no, it doesn't really rotate on a cycle.

I think staff mostly tries to bring back items that were popular or if there aren't very many of them in user shops or something and it's a collection item (like stickers, plushies, etc.). The only items I know for sure get brought back every year during Black Friday are the items used to unlock battle challengers.

I'm not sure when exactly that scarf was released, but at least right now it's just cheaper to buy from another user than it would cost for user shop price of the 100 CSC anyway.

Staff also put some cash shop items into the Cash Shop Hustler pool. You can find older CS items there. :)
