Are quest givers (looking at you, Quentin) going to keep asking for stuff from Migrating Masks after it closes?

Just wondering if I need to stock up?

They haven't asked for it last year, so I don't think they'll keep on doing it.

The items will get the retired status, so they won't be requested by quest givers.
