TC Help? Retro/Neon/Lisa Frank??

I'm trying to go for a certain color scheme but i think it's kinda hard. Ease - for what i have so far this is what i mean by the way
So when I think of Lisa Frank, I think of a whole bunch of very bright colors (especially pinks) being mashed up together. Is that what you're going for or are you trying to get individual items that are in that color scheme?
And trying to figure out the color scheme a little better... is it more like this or this or something else entirely? (Design Seeds is a website with good color schemes if you want to try to find one that matches.)

oh thats so cool! i would say its like the 2nd one but a little more muted x3
im going for items that can be mashed but also individual items in the pink, blue, yellow, green scheme mostly
i'd still take mashes of like 2 colors or more
